Serenity Group can provide stainless steel round bars, which are manufactured through the forging process. Herein, the steel is passed through several rolls and the raw material, like billets, blooms, etc., are heated up to the temperature of around 1200 degrees C. It exceeds the recrystallization temperature of the stainless steel. The stainless steel forged bars are very versatile and hence are used in a wide range of services. The Cold Drawn Stainless Steel Bar is cold finished, which means they are further processed after hot rolling. The hot rolled cold drawn process helps to improve the dimensional tolerance of the bar, its straightness, surface appearance, and also their overall physical properties. These SS bars are most precise compared to the hot rolled bars. They have a smooth surface finish.
